Fluid Logic Inc. is a premium manufacturer of directional control valves for hydraulic motor and cylinder applications, including pipe testing. Valves are designed to handle high water based, low viscosity fluids, including synthetic fluids, inverted emulsions, mineral oil, kerosene based roll coolants, water, 95/5, and raw water. Our valves feature direct solenoid operation requiring no air, and are available in multiple configurations including 2-way, 3-way, and 4-way directional functions with multi-speed options and interchangeable cartridges. A number of body styles are possible to suit housing, manifold, and flanged mounting requirements including Hunt MSA, V034, V33, V07 and Combo Valve, Salem "Series 10" and "Series 99", Barksdale, Elwood, and all NFPA styles. Accommodated piping includes direct, welded, flange, and manifold piping. Valves are composed of durable carbon steel, stainless steel, and ceramic materials, designed to handle up to 5,000 psi of pressure (up to 320 bar). Meter-in and meter-out cylinder flow controls are standard, with flow capacities from 10 to 12,000 GPM. Valve diameters are from DIN 10 to 300 (.5" to 12").

Valves are precision finished with a guaranteed corrosion resistant salt bath nitride heat treatment, and subjected to 100% testing including pressure, leak, and functionality testing for ensured quality and accuracy.
